While FRCCN does not currently operate a chat room, here are a few you might find helpful. Please be aware that FRCCN does not monitor these chat rooms. Independent groups or organizations operate these websites. Please be very careful in giving out personal information, such as name, address, email address, and phone number. Never provide a credit card number, bank account number, or any other information that could be used to access your personal accounts or charge goods and services to you. Please report anything suspicious to FRCCN and the organization that hosts the chat room.

 

Answers 4 Families (formerly Nebraska Network for Children and Families) operates seven chat rooms. They focus on:

Families of Children with Special Needs
Foster Families
Services Coordinators
School Nurses
Adoptive Parents of Special Needs Children
Youth in Foster or Adoptive Placement

 

They also have two specialized groups for professionals: RDTalk for HHSS Resource Development Staff and PRTTalk for Planning Region Teams (Early Intervention).
